By accessing or using the ANKOR platform (“AnkorFlow”, available at ankorflow.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
ANKOR is a business management platform for service-based businesses (barbershops, salons, spas, studios, etc.). The platform provides:
To use the platform, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to register a business account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your information up to date.
Business account holders (“Owners”) are responsible for the content they publish, the services they list, and the management of their staff and customer data. You represent that you have the authority to operate the business listed on the platform.
ANKOR offers tiered subscription plans (Free, Basic, Pro, Enterprise). Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the admin dashboard or Stripe Customer Portal.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for billing disputes.
Payments for bookings are processed by Square. ANKOR does not store credit card numbers directly. By using payment features, you also agree to Square’s and Stripe’s terms of service.
You agree not to:
The platform integrates with third-party services including Instagram (Meta), Google, Square, Stripe, and Twilio. Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
You retain ownership of all content you create on the platform (pages, images, business information). By publishing content, you grant ANKOR a non-exclusive license to host and display that content as part of the platform services.
The ANKOR platform, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of ANKOR and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay for a subscription. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, after which it will be permanently deleted.
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANKOR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
